It would be nice if app comes preinstalled with Jellyfin extension (which in fact can run on the same host). What it took for me to install manually:
su - mopidy /opt/yunohost/mopidy/env/bin/python3 -m pip install Mopidy-Jellyfin
update /opt/yunohost/mopidy/mopidy.conf adding a [jellyfin] section.
/opt/yunohost/mopidy/mopidy.conf
[jellyfin]
