When you want to connect to nextcloud, it demands "user name or email address", but email address doesn't work, so it's confusing for some users. They think there is a problem with their password, and they don't manage to connect.

Nextcloud version : 25.0.6
Steps to reproduce
Try to connect to nextcloud directly (not by the SSO), and enter email address instead of user name.
Expected behavior
What seems easier : remove "or email" in connection page.
Otherwise, allow connecting with email address.
