Mismatch in config.php checksum seems to be a weird side effect of restoring the app prior to this upgrade.

There is this line that deactivates the mail app before upgrading Nextcloud that needs to be fixed... few users failed upgrading Nextcloud because of that. https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/nextcloud_ynh/blob/2284f4c34b3cfb985c00621a149c8ade3ec9ac97/scripts/upgrade#L158
