cant create anything

creating a date poll has you fill in your name and email and such like normal, then second page goes blank... generic poll has you fill in part one but then says "You haven't filled in the first section of the poll." after filling the first part in a few times, i couldnt get past this error.

Seems that a recent system update fixed this issue for me. PHP was updated to 7.3.
