Problem

Description of why you made this PR

The application doesn't install on arm machines and doesn't clean up correctly

Solution

. Add a way to build and install the app on arm machines.

And how do you fix that problem Changed the value for MongoDB repo to a one to support both arm64 and amd64

Since Yunohost 11.2.13 mongo helper is integrated into the core so we cannot change this on app basis anymore.
