Feature Request: Add config panel option to allow importing digitally signed PDFs #109

When I upload a signed PDF, I receive this error: image

However, there seems to be a configuration option to allow importing digitally signed PDFs. 

PAPERLESS_OCR_USER_ARGS={"invalidate_digital_signatures": true}

Would be great to change this setting in the app's config panel.
