Error install peachbot-go-sbot on yunohost

@noccio thanks for trying it out!

since publishing the app, I've discovered some issues with running peachpub on a raspberry pi (more info is here https://github.com/YunoHost/apps/pull/1532)

so for now, I'm going to mark the peachpub_ynh app as not working

I will post an update here once these underlying issues are resolved and a new update is pushed, but it may be some time
