Update to the latest version

The peertube-search-index Yunohost Package seems to be outdated.

Maybe it would be worth to add here the update workflow like for the PeerTube package? https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/peertube_ynh/tree/master/.github/workflows

If so, would we create a new version for each commit on master or should we ask for a proper versionning to the upstream project?

Soooo:

• I updated https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/peertube-search-index_ynh/pull/27 in order to get the latest commit using a Elastic Search v7 client;
• Elastic Search v8 is not Open-Source anymore, they switched to SSPL licence: https://opensource.org/node/1099;
• There exists a fork of Elastic Search named OpenSearch, and an issue exists on the upstream project to support it (but no feedback from the project owner yet): https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/search-index/-/issues/40
• There are plans for a Debian package of OpenSearch, but currently there aren't: https://framagit.org/framasoft/peertube/search-index/-/issues/40

Based on these facts, I propose:

• I ask to the search-index project owner if he can start versioning for better integration;
• I create another issue for auto-updating the project which would be paused until the upstream project uses an opensearch client (or offers the option to use and/or any other solution which would comply to FLOSS philosophy);
