Describe the bug

As the root user, go to the URL: /admin/plugins/search?pluginType=1 "Error: The plugin index is not available. Please retry later." Screenshot here: https://snipboard.io/laMwCF.jpg Did constant upgrades throughout the last months. I even did a fresh install of YunoHost+PeerTube on a blank server and the bug was there already.

Context

• Hardware: VPS bought online
• YunoHost version: 4.3.4.2 (stable)
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no

Fixed with this upgrade: PeerTube (peertube) from 3.4.1-ynh3 to 4.0.0-ynh1
