Updating broke redundancy #353

After running the update for the latest security update (4.3.1) all of my redundancy strategies have disappeared. Looks like it might have wiped out the local.yaml file that I made? Is this expected behavior when running an update?

UPDATE: I re-created my local.yaml file and redundancy did come back. So it looks like for whatever reason the update does wipe out that file.
