Increase file size upload limit #66

Problem

Nginx upload limit is too low, image of at least 1.6MB can't be uploaded. https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/pixelfed_ynh/pull/61#issuecomment-499389970

Solution

Increase the limit For the value, I don't really not what's meaningful… I believe most JPG images will be under 10MB, but PNG might be bigger, and stuff like loops and panorama images might be bigger… I'd suggest 20MB as a maximum (even if it's not really reasonable for a web picture to be that big)
