Multi-instance and PluXml 5.4 #10

Hi, I just updated the source of PluXml to 5.4. And I also changed in manifest "multi-instance" to true. It seems to work without any other modification since your code is so neat! (good job on that!!)

Perhaps the Nginx file could be finetuned but I haven't tested in detail: https://forum.yunohost.org/t/feedback-pluxml-url-rewriting/802/2

Also I had a small problem with the .htaccess file not being created on setup. When I go in settings to activate url rewriting, it says that the htaccess file does not exist or is not writable. I have to create it manually (I tried adding it in the source but did not work)

I've already put 5.4 sources into the project. Can you remake a pull-request without sources changes ? Only the multi-instance thank you :) I also added the .htaccess to the project, then If you could test it, I would appreciate :)
