Can’t upload a file more than 1meg in size

Describe the bug

*Not able to upload a file larger than 1meg

Context

• Hardware: VPS bought online / Old laptop or computer / Raspberry Pi at home / Internet Cube with VPN / Other ARM board / ...
• YunoHost version: 11.2.8.2
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen | ...
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: *no
  • If yes, please explain:
• Using, or trying to install package version/branch: pydio : 3.0.9~ynh1
• If upgrading, current package version: can be found in the admin, or with yunohost app info $app_id

Steps to reproduce

On a cell Select NEW Select Upload Select either file/folder

Expected behavior

*file(s) upload without any problem unless the item is over 1meg

I have increased the Multipart threshold and the Multipart Parts Size but that makes no difference.

I did read somewhere that it could be a setting in my php.ini file but all my other apps work fine with large file sizes.
