Describe the bug

Redmine failed to install

Context

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.1.21.4 (stable)
I have access to my server: Through SSH
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no

Steps to reproduce

Install from command line: sudo yunohost app install redmine.

Prior to fresh installation there were failed attempt to upgrade redmine 4 to 5 (and then application removed through admin ui).

Expected behavior

Application installed sucesfully.

Installing on different subdomain works.
