add aarch64 support #5

Problem

In using a rockpro with 64bits armbian. installation of restic fails with error aarch64 not supported.

Solution

add aarch64 detection and download the corresponding binary.

I fixed a little whitespace error and reworded the commit then merged it (a4ec6bd)

If this new version (0.12.0~ynh9) is not available from the yunohost app install command, use yunohost app install https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/restic_ynh/tree/master
