Email attachments limited to 2 MByte #172

Describe the bug

If we try to send email attachments > 2 MByte we get the message Maximum allowed file size is 2.0 MB

Context

Hardware: Proxmox virtual environment on bare metal x86_amd64
YunoHost version: 11.1.18
I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no

Steps to reproduce

Add an attachment > 2 MBytes to an email

Expected behavior

Allow attachment sizes of up to 25 MBytes

i've been stressing out with this as well.

there seemed to be an answer from someone ages ago, but it never worked for me.
