Delete user hook

Problem

• after user removal users was still in samba password database
• the post_user_delete was not implemented

Solution

• use pdbedit to remove user from the samba password database
• using smbpasswd is not an option, cause it needs the unix user to be present, pdbedit still removes the user.

Test

I tested it on my Yunohost VM. More appreciated.

pipline fail dosnt fall in the scope of this merge. Those problems are fixed in #19
