Describe the bug

Installation fails through webadmin and cli.

The first issue was a missing python package pymysql.(I fixed this by pip install pymysql while logged in to root) Logfile
Now the installation continues but the service fails to start. No idea why Logfile

Context

Hardware: RockPi4B running Armbian 22.11.1 Bullseye Kernel: Linux 5.15.80-rockchip64
YunoHost version: 11.0.10.2 (stable).
I have access to my server: Through SSH & through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
Using, or trying to install package version/branch: I am just trying to install it by clicking on install on the webadmin page.

Steps to reproduce

Tried to install seafile through the webadmin interface
attempted cli install (yunohost app install seafil) both fail, seemingly with the same error. See below.
