Fix port assignment #54

Okay just realized that the --port option is exactly for this kind of problem.

Instead of passing a constant port starting the search one after the previous found port should fix #53 .

Hello,

Thanks for your pull request. I know that it's possible to do this in this way but this PR change the default port and I want to keep by default the ports used generally in seafile (so 8082 for the fileserver and 8080 for webdav).
