Is the root mysql password really needed ? #57

I see that /etc/yunohost/mysql is fetch during the upgrade ... Wondering if that's really needed because of https://github.com/YunoHost/yunohost/pull/912

Well seeing the code it's needed when we upgrade seafile from 4.0 to 4.1 here. But as this upgrade is 5 years old, we could just drop the possibility to upgrade from this version.
