Support version 7.0.9 for Linux and 7.1.4 for Raspberry Pi #62

According to https://github.com/haiwen/seafile/releases, there is v7.0.9 available for Linux and according to https://github.com/haiwen/seafile-rpi/releases/tag/v7.1.4, there is already v7.1.4 available for Raspberry Pi. I tested the testing branch and and the last supported version it it seems to be v.7.0.5 on Linux and on Raspberry Pi.

There are already a branch based on seafile 7.1 here: https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/seafile_ynh/tree/7.1

But there are a really big issue with this version described here and I'm waiting on a fix.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't noticed the 7.1 branch.

Seems that the bug you mentioned was fixed in 7.1.5. Can we merge this into the master branch please? The broken webdav (seafdav) on restart in the 7.0.x is very annoying.

Well before to merge this I need to test this and I didn't find the time until now. I'll release this when it will be tested and stable. You still can test it if you want.
