Don't do black magic with /etc/ssowat/conf.json.persistent #64

As it's not a properly registered setting, it won't be migrated automatically in the permission interation coming in 4.1

Should be OK in https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/seafile_ynh/tree/group_permissions_support but there still probably some polish to with the permission v2

But I'm waiting on the 4.1 to merge this as I prefer to directly implement with the group permission v2 in this app.
