Avatar & custom logo do not appear

On a fresh install of SeaFile, the Avatar and custom logo do not appear. When trying to load the images directly there is just an nginx error 403, permission denied.

I hate to be a 'mee too'-er, but I'm having the same issue, except mine has been that was since a fresh install of 8.0.5:

Still the case in the live version on YNH, despite the fix being merged.

Yup, just did a fresh install and it still appears to be broken.

if you didn't use the testing branch it's normal that it still not fixed...
