We should upgrade to a new upstream version before advertising/merging that testing branch (I'll try that)

I think we can merge in master to fix the install script. And fix https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/searx_ynh/issues/23 in the next testing.

If everybody agree, this PR will be merged in 3 days.
