Fix install in subpath many other small things

Problem

• All PR are blocked because all build fail
• The install on subpath is broken
• The dependences in debian stretch are broken
• The upgrade from the old version fail
• The issue https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/searx_ynh/issues/23 is not fixed for a long time

Solution

• Use the uwsgi config from the upstream as documented here.
• Use an other commit for the upgrade.
• Get the other PR which fix the dependences and many little things.
• Set the same dependences in all files.
• Update the nginx config to fix the tile.

Note that this PR include the PR #36

You can remove references to the PR #37, which is already fixed in testing, as well as add_ynh_check_starting.

I'm currently testing a commit (only on the dev CI) to decompose the line 97 on the install script. In order to have a clear log in case of others problem. As I did with the add_ynh_check_starting branch. I'll commit in this branch after the test if all goes well.
