Updated to V0.12.0 and Nginx fix #57

Problem

New version 0.12.0 available
Latest version was unusable work because of Nginx error .
Readme needed a update according to latest version of Yunohost
Php version fixed

Solution

Updated the app to version 0.12.0
Fixed Nginx issue
Updated Readme
Php version fixed

Looks fine for me, but I only had a quick look, and I'm not available to install it right now. YOLO merging to testing, we'll take more time to test it there.
