I can't install Synapse on my machine for testing config panel. I have disabled the control panel for now.

I can help with testing but don't know what to look for. Moreover I think @zamentur suggested to get inspiration from @thardev for proper implementation of the config panel https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/mautrix_whatsapp_ynh/pull/74

I propose to merge this PR as it doesn't introduce significant changes other than bump version.
