Can't upgrade synapse (and failed upgrade kills fail2ban) #383

Yunohost stable on a raspberry pi4 running 32 bit version of OS.

I get a long series of error (https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/uxumaheses the log).

After the failed upgrade I need to restart fail2ban manually and it restarts normally.
