Ugh my bad, libssl3 is only available in bookworm ... I don't know if this means that vaultwarden requires Bookworm, since i'm not sure that's the correct fix for the issue we saw about libssl.so.3 x_x

Ah the test on bookworm seems to be much better even tho the commit tested didnt even require libssl3 yet (probably installed by default on the system)

I'm a bit confused tho, the main branch ships the same version 1.29.1 and libssl doesnt seem to be an issue ? x_x
