:warning: PHP 7.4 is the minimum version required now, php 8.0 will be the minimum for the next major version (2.6).

128 should already switch to php7.4.

Upgrade to 2.4.3 #128 should be merged first.

I think we should first upgrade to 2.5 and then prepare for PHP 8.0. Maybe that will be Debian Bullseye time at this point :)

Also as this is not a release with major additions (totally arbitrary point of view, feel free to contest it ;), I would consider this one as low priority and personally not invest any time in it for a while (and I prefer to focus on #128 and maybe #129, stability first :+1:). Feel free to help :)
