Testing : v2.5.4 + add auto-updater + add logrotate

• Upgrade to Wallabag 2.5.4 to fix some security flaws. See #163
• add auto-updater
• implement log rotate (this will save logging storage space)

Automatic tests

Automatic tests can be triggered on https://ci-apps-dev.yunohost.org/ after creating the PR, by commenting "!testme", "!gogogadgetoci" or "By the power of systemd, I invoke The Great App CI to test this Pull Request!". (N.B. : for this to work you need to be a member of the Yunohost-Apps organization)

CI finished with the same issue as #163 : https://yunorunner.travelpandas.eu/ci/job/20 I believe it is not a problem, but more upgrade tests would be great !
