PHP 7 could be integrated in YunoHost:

When official applications will be ready for PHP 7?
When PHP 7 will be integrated in Debian?

Things exists to handle several versions of php but I don't know how good they are http://askubuntu.com/questions/50344/how-to-have-two-version-of-php-installed-and-switch-easily

15/20 apps use PHP: Agendav, Baikal, Dokuwiki, Jirafeau, Kanboard, my_webapp, OpenSondage, OpenVPN, OwnCloud, PHPmyAdmin, Roundcube, TTrss, Wallabag, WordPress, Zerobin.

5/20 apps don't use PHP: Searx, Hextrix, ShellInabox, Strut, Transmission.
