Add custom themes to backup --system #1630

Hi,

When doing a yunohost backup --system, custom themes (stored at /usr/share/ssowat/portal/assets/themes/) are not saved, which leads to bad rendering when restoring if one custom theme is enabled (because the theme used is set in /etc/ssowat/conf.json.persistent which is saved)

Would it be possible to add them ?

There's no longer custom themes but we may want to save custom css
