Describe the bug

The "&" character (U+0026) should be allowed in local part of alias or e-mail address in CLI and in WebUI as specified by RFC5322 and 5321.

To reproduce

Add an alias with & and you cannot validate form

Is there any way to manually add this alias bypassing yunohost check, using LDAP virtual mail table by example ?
