I think we could tag packages as “non-free” / “post-free” in the app catalog, exactly as for the upstream apps

And show an automatic warning about that in the app catalog or at the beginning of the installation with a link to the package license

TODO:

[x] show "Package license" and it's link (/blob/master/LICENSE) in the web admin (catalog browser and app install page)
