follow up to a discussion in ynh's internal channels

make mandatory the use of epicene (gender neutral) expressions / sentence structure
- because the core team reject the status quo of masculinity, which is socially harmful
- we want that people of any genders feel included in the community
do not present things more negatively or positively than the reference version (the english-speaking one)
- for example, don't translate "antifeatures" as "unwanted functionalities", because it's subjective and that the list includes things that some people may desire or value (for example post-free / emancipatory licenses)
