accidental app removal when adding/deleting apps

Apparently an unwanted state remains in the interface when I do the following :

• removed an application (OpenSondage here)
• installed in again (oh, don't ask why)
• tried to install the custom app https://github.com/alexAubin/letsencrypt_ynh

instead of installing letsencrypt, the interface removed OpenSondage again.

later, I installed opensondage again (still doesn't work, haven't investigated why yet), and two unofficial apps: let's encrypt, then piratebox. The latter took so much time to install that I opened htop and noticed the following process :

su - admin -c cd "/var/cache/yunohost/from_file/opensondage_ynh-0af12d46ca521ccd0e652901e1462578bc27f9b9/opensondage_ynh-0af12d46ca521ccd0e652901e1462578bc27f9b9/letsencrypt_ynh-master/piratebox_ynh-master/scripts" && /bin/bash -x "install" [...]

This cache path is surprising; don't know if it is related, but posting just in case.
