Support backups "per domain" #784

Original Redmine Issue: 784

Author Name: alexAubin

Follow-up of some discussions with Moul (IIRC?) and ljf, related to the notion of "free-ing software" (attempt to translate "logiciel liberateur"), introduced by B. Bayart in 2004 (http://edgard.fdn.fr/liberateur/liberateur.pdf).

Right now Yunohost users don't have control over their data, which means they aren't free of leaving a particular Yunohost instance. This is also related to Framasoft (framasoft users aren't free to easily export/migrate their data to other solutions)

In the long-term, we should definitely imagine mechanisms to allow, without any interaction with the admin, a single user to migrate from one Yunohost instance to an other instance (ideally : to migrate to any other self-hosting solution). This could take the form of a downloable archive containing their data (mailbox, blog articles he wrote, rss feeds he subscribed, ...), with a json describing the various files and their content.

On the other hand, this does not solve some issues such as not having / loosing the control of an email/xmpp address...

Kinda related : https://udm.branchable.com/ https://framablog.org/2019/08/29/un-manifeste-des-donnees-utilisateurs-aujourdhui/

(though that's a very complex issue)

(Backups per user sounds pretty complex, but backups per domain sounds doable)
