Implement new definitions for level 7, 8, 9 #88

Follow-up of https://github.com/YunoHost/package_linter/pull/87 and discussions at last meeting.

This is an untested draft of implementation, not sure what I'm doing .. I'm suspecting there are some edge cases when there are multiple test suites but I don't really understand that mechanism :/

Finally took some time to test this in real life condition and after some fixes it works :tada:
