Encoding issue on manifest

The linter can't check the manifest caused by encoding issue on manifest strings:

• accents
• apostrophe

It works on this manifest:

• accent is working on this manifest.

I have try with json.loads (sting, enconding="utf-8)

• https://docs.python.org/3/library/json.html#character-encodings

It could come from the text editor.
