Hi, thank you for your interesting and nice work!

Though, I have a question that is: your bibtex information say that this paper was published on ICLR 2019 and 2020. However, is it right? Isn't it on ICML 2020?

Good catch! VGPL is published in ICML 2020, and I've corrected the reference. Thanks!
