[issue] Connect call failed ('127.0.0.1',8181) occurred after start Apollo 6.0, lGSVL2021.3，and SORA-SVL #77

Hi everyone :), I successfully have started Apollo 6.0, lGSVL2021.3， and SORA-SVL, The bug occurred as shown in the following diagram when I running an example provided by PyhtonAPI. 1699950959(1) 1699951006(1) Can you give me some advices, thx :).

Perhaps you did not start an API Only simulation in your http://localhost/simulations.
