Example in README no longer matches the current API #31

The example in the pdf-toolbox README is incorrect in a number of ways. Most notably pdfWithHandle is not in scope given the imports. It doesn't show up with a hayoo search either so maybe it has been replaced by something else?

I see now that the API has changed in the one in the repo doesn't match what I installed from hackage. Sorry for the noise
