The Drag and drop of files has stopped working after upgrade to Jira 5.2

There is no drag and drop-area when the issue is opened in the browser.

Jira: 5.2.4#845-sha1:c9f4cc4
Chrome: 24
Win: 7 x64

It Userd to work in Jira 4
