Just wanted to double check if this script extracts Plex pass user info and downloads updates accordinly?

Yes, it should. I'm not a Plex Pass user so I can't verify it personally, but there was a contribution (https://github.com/YuriyGuts/syno-plex-update/pull/3) that added the support for different release channels based on the configuration of the server. Log records in Log Center will indicate which update channel and package URL were used.
