Record the participant code in the History #10

In the current moment, if a participant left the study, participant code is not displayed in the History (https://samply.uni-konstanz.de/history) It should stay there, as the participants page is no longer showing the participant who left the study.

Instead of displaying this in History, the participant information is shown on the page with participants https://samply.uni-konstanz.de/users. Even if a participant left the study (which will be shown in the status), the information (including the participant code) is available there.
