The application was rejected. "Reason for rejection: 1. Description: Your app failed to pass the review due to lack of qualification documents of individual developers. Suggestions: Individual developers need to provide (1) "Computer Software Copyright Certificate" or "APP Electronic Copyright Certificate"， (2) ICP registration screenshot with handwritten signature, (3)Commitment letter of Individual developer"

The issue was closed, as the issuance of a computer software copyright certificate requires an application to the Chinese authorities, which is currently not possible.
