Project planning and defining the shell's core functionalities.
Setting up the development environment Install necessary tools, compilers, Yocto Project, and QEMU ,version control.

Definition of Done (DoD):

Project scope and deliverables clearly defined.
Development environment fully set up, with all necessary tools installed and configured.
