Why do I get the feeling most of these workflows don't support [skip ci]
...
Anyway, I snuck in a few readme updates while we're here. Probably best to rebase when merging instead of squash.
Force pushes are because I broke markdown (When don't I?) and I want to preserve the beauty of the eventual master commits rather than littering them with fixes.
It is still 2 commits behind after that mess of forces, so rebase away !
...huh. Rebased to master with f4f864a541e60fbf8ee3cb8bd602b6a2e463178d and e453f1189fe2526c456e8dbe0e663d1d757b42de, which I guess GitHub did not track.
Also moves it to a slightly more appropriate file to get it working with extra commands disabled, see #74 for details.
