There is no requirement to have a value proposition of more than one line, we believe scope and problem has been defined clearly

The picture above contains the team's value proposition and product scope. From the content here we can see that:

  1. The boundary beyond which the app will not help is not stated.
  2. What is a significant number of property listings. A number would be better.
  3. Not formatted properly. Full stops and punctuation mark missing.
  4. How does it make the user's life easier. By stating that the app is faster you have only partially answered this question. What will this speed do for them and why do they need it is still missing.

These are the reasons why this tester feels that the value proposition can be better and hence disagrees with the dev team.
